Almond sponge cake
- 3 eggs
- 1 (¾) measuring cup sugar
- 2 (¾) and ¼ measuring cups flour
- ½ measuring cup olive oil
- 75 gr. chopped almonds
- 2 sachets of yeast butter
- Beat the eggs with the sugar. Then add the oil, flour, baking powder, baking powder and almonds and beat everything together.
- Put the prepared base in the greased buttered pan.
- Press the MENU key to select the BAKE/OVEN function. Press START.
