Almond sponge cake

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (¾) measuring cup sugar
  • 2 (¾) and ¼ measuring cups flour
  • ½ measuring cup olive oil
  • 75 gr. chopped almonds
  • 2 sachets of yeast butter
  • Beat the eggs with the sugar. Then add the oil, flour, baking powder, baking powder and almonds and beat everything together.
  • Put the prepared base in the greased buttered pan.
  • Press the MENU key to select the BAKE/OVEN function. Press START.
